Colouring my choice I ask to choose to have the choice to paint with colours of my own voice, the turquoise sun I have selected, What matters most striped stars and spotted plants respected. The speed I paint – do not demand but with encouraged growth let my palette expand. Given the power to hold the brush so I may paint my own potential, my passion never told to hush, my picture exponential. Unique by design, equal in each degree, I ask you not to talk about, but to talk instead with me. Dignity deserved, preserve my independence and advocate that I may have the right to choose the colours with which I paint. Brigid O’Dea Report of the Áras Attracta Swinford Review Group July 2016 __ Following the broadcast of the Prime Time programme ‘Inside Bungalow 3’ by RTE, the Áras Attracta Swinford Review Group was established by the Health Service Executive to undertake an independent review of the quality of care being provided in Áras Attracta. The findings of the Review Group are presented over a series of three reports. What matters most sets out the findings of the Review Group in relation to Áras Attracta itself. It includes recommendations relating to Áras Attracta management, actions for the HSE at a national level, and a ‘road map’ to guide all managers of congregated settings as they move towards decongregation. Time for action deals with the wider system of service provision for people with a disability, and proposes a range of actions including 55 priority actions that emerged from a national process of consultation with stakeholders involved in disability services and the wider public.

  • Strategisk Analyse Og Verdsettelse Av Rosenborg Ballklub
Strategisk analyse og verdsettelse av Rosenborg Ballklub BE305E Finansiering og investering Bodø, 2015 Stig Roland Nyvik Kristian Holhjem Almli Abstract The purpose of this master’s thesis was to valuate Rosenborg Ballklub per 1 January 2015. The valuation of Rosenborg was conducted using fundamental valuation. We chose this method because it allowed us to base the valuation on analyses of strategy and financial statements. This method is considered to be the most suitable to use when valuating a football club such as Rosenborg. Rosenborg is Norway’s most successful football club, having won more than 20 league titles. Norwegian football clubs have in recent years experienced a recession due to declining attendances, lower revenue from sponsorship deals and few success stories in European club competitions. Our valuation is based on financial statements for the period 2010-2014, while the strategic analysis stems from statements by Rosenborg, sports websites and news articles. The PESTEL analysis indicates that the main macroeconomic challenges for Norwegian football clubs are legislative changes and fluctuations in the economy. The external analysis revealed that the greatest threats were high rivalry among clubs and the media´s increased bargaining power. In the internal analysis we have identified Rosenborg’s strengths and weaknesses. The strategic analysis is summarised in a SWOT analysis, where we see that the club has several enduring advantages. The analysis of the financial statements shows that Rosenborg's revenue has been declining through the period, which confirms the economic challenges the industry is facing. Simultaneously, we see that Rosenborg is better equipped to meet these challenges through a greater solvency than the footballing industry at large.

  • Olympiacos CFP V Rosenborg BK
Olympiacos CFP v Rosenborg BK Georgios Karaiskakis - Athens Tuesday, 13 September 2005 - 20:45 (CET) Group stage - Group F - Matchday 1 Match officials Referee Stefano Farina (ITA) Assistant referees Andrea Consolo (ITA), Massimo Biasutto (ITA) Fourth official Enrico Rocchi (ITA) UEFA delegate Barry Taylor (ENG) Match preview Olympiacos set greater goals Having gone tantalisingly close to reaching the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League last season, Olympiacos CFP hope to "show their true colours" this term and progress from the group stage for only the second time in ten attempts. 'Early goal' The Greek champions begin their Group F campaign at home to Rosenborg BK on Tuesday with coach Trond Sollied calling on his side to make an early impression ahead of likely tougher tests against Real Madrid CF and Olympique Lyonnais. "There are 18 points up for grabs in the group and we must take as many as we can from each match," said Sollied, a former Rosenborg coach and player whose last experience of Champions League football was at the helm of Club Brugge KV. "If we can get an early goal [on Tuesday] it will certainly boost our chances." False dawns Olympiacos are well used to false dawns in Europe, although they were unlucky not to advance with their tally of ten points in Group A last season. At half-time on Matchday 6 they led Liverpool FC 1-0, and were still on course for the first knockout round at 2-1 down with four minutes to play when Steven Gerrard struck a stunning winner to propel the English team towards the next stage (and eventual glory) and the Piraeus outfit into the UEFA Cup.

  • New Regional Industrial Path Development: Entrepreneurs, Knowledge Exchange and Regional Contexts
New Regional Industrial Path Development: Entrepreneurs, Knowledge Exchange and Regional Contexts Jan Ole Rypestøl New Regional Industrial Path Development: Entrepreneurs, Knowledge Exchange, and Regional Contexts Doctoral Dissertation for the degree of Philosophiae Doctor (PhD) University of Agder School of Business and Law 2018 This study was made possible by generous financial support from: Sørlandets Kompetansefond and Aust-Agder Utviklings- og Kompetansefond Doctoral Dissertations at the University of Agder 191 ISSN: 1504-9272 ISBN: 978-82-7117-890-1 Jan Ole Rypestøl, 2018 Printed by Wittusen & Jensen Oslo Abstract In recent years, new regional industrial path development has become more important than ever before due to increased competition fuelled by digitalisation and an intensifying globalisation. One way for regions to respond to this increasing global competition is to promote processes that can transform and renew regional industries, as well as processes that can create new industries within regional boundaries. Such processes of change are vital because, if there is no industrial dynamism, regional industries will eventually be outpaced by competitors and the region will face augmented economic challenges. As the issues related to regional industrial change are of such importance, economic geographers have increasingly turned their research attention towards the issue of regional industrial development. Such processes of industrial change have been identified in the relevant literature as evolutionary and path dependent, and it has also been found that processes of regional industrial development unfold within regional innovation systems (RISs). Further, the literature found that such regional innovation systems vary in their number and diversity of actors as well as in their institutional arrangements, and argued that such regional differences will affect the ability of regions to foster and promote industrial renewal and new path creation.

Seven victims died when a fertilizer bomb packed in an illegally parked vehicle exploded outside government office buildings in downtown Oslo. One hour later, sixty-nine mostly young people were fatally shot on a small island 24 miles outside Oslo where 650 people were gathered for the annual social democratic youth camp. This chapter examines the funeral ceremonies of three Muslim adolescents – Mona Abdinur, with a Somali background, and Bano Rashid and Rafal Jamil, with a Kurdish background – who were victims of the terror attacks at the youth camp on 22 July 2011 on the island of Utøya. The important question in this context is: Did the terror attacks and the subsequent interreligious funeral ceremonies create a community of mourners? Inspired by actor-network theory and material semiotics, I will explore a ritual object that became dominant for the participants in their ritual response to the attacks during the three funerals: flowers.
