A well done job before our experts then handled all parties involved. with a fully satisfied customer within the cargo at port and loaded it their budget. on board the vessel. The main complication in this shipment occurred at the port of transshipment in Antwerp where the excavator suffered from oil leaking from its hydraulic system. This meant the machine was immobile and the carrier would refuse to load it in this condition which forced the excavator to miss the leaving of the vessel to its final destination. Global Cargo Line overcame this problem successfully with great efforts and lots of cooperation with several parties. We sent our engineers in Belgium to the port to swiftly repair the machine and upon completion, we managed to transfer it to a second quay in Antwerp port to catch the next vessel with a different shipping line all arranged and agreed at the last minute. Finally, the shipment arrived within the time limit and we are very proud of our team for the unique accomplishment successfully achieved in this consignment.
