The location of the three stations are shown in Figure 1, Baoding and Tangshan stations are located at the urban of Baoding and Tangshan Municipality, and Xianghe station is located at one county of Langfang Municipality. As described in the left figure of Fig.2 in the manuscript, the fouth do- main(D4) in the forecast system just covers Beijing Municipality, that Baoding, Tangshan and Langfang station, is either outside or nearby the domain bound- ary. In the present study, we aim to explore the underlying mechanism by which microRNA-145 (miR-145) affected OSCC. Methods: Forty-eight patients diagnosed with OSCC were en- rolled to obtain the OSCC tissues and adjacent normal tissues. The targeting relationship between miR-145 and Homeobox A1 (HOXA1) was verified. In order to assess the effects of miR-145 in OSCC and the detailed regulatory mechanism, the SCC-9 cell line was adopted, in which expression of miR-145 and HOXA1 were altered by transfection. Then, a series of in vitro and in vivo experiments were performed to evaluate the cell viability, migration, in- vasion, and tumor growth. Results: miR-145 was poorly expressed and HOXA1 was highly expressed in OSCC.

    CHINA (INCLUDES TIBET, XINJIANG, HONG KONG, AND MACAU) 2019 INTERNATIONAL RELIGIOUS FREEDOM REPORT Executive Summary Reports on Hong Kong, Macau, Tibet, and Xinjiang are appended at the end of this report. The constitution, which cites the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and the guidance of Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought, states that citizens have freedom of religious belief but limits protections for religious practice to “normal religious activities” and does not define “normal.” Despite Chairman Xi Jinping’s decree that all members of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) must be “unyielding Marxist atheists,” the government continued to exercise control over religion and restrict the activities and personal freedom of religious adherents that it perceived as threatening state or CCP interests, according to religious groups, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), and international media reports. The government recognizes five official religions – Buddhism, Taoism, Islam, Protestantism, and Catholicism. Only religious groups belonging to the five state- sanctioned “patriotic religious associations” representing these religions are permitted to register with the government and officially permitted to hold worship services. There continued to be reports of deaths in custody and that the government tortured, physically abused, arrested, detained, sentenced to prison, subjected to forced indoctrination in CCP ideology, or harassed adherents of both registered and unregistered religious groups for activities related to their religious beliefs and practices. There were several reports of individuals committing suicide in detention, or, according to sources, as a result of being threatened and surveilled. In December Pastor Wang Yi was tried in secret and sentenced to nine years in prison by a court in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, in connection to his peaceful advocacy for religious freedom.

We expect to build more railway lines to offer the possibility to offer more high quality service for the passengers, while the investment is often limited. Therefore, it is very important to decide the pairs of cities to add new railway lines under the condition of limited construction investment in order to optimize the railway line network to maximize the reliability of the railway network to deal with the railway passenger transport task under emergency conditions. In this paper, we firstly define the reliability of the railway networks based on probability theory by analyzing three minor cases. Then we construct a reliability optimization model for the railway network to solve the problem, expecting to enhance the railway network with the limited investment. The goal is to make an optimal decision when choosing where to add new railway lines to maximize the reliability of the whole railway network, taking the construction investment as the main constraint, which is turned to the building mileage limit.

In this study, 36 water samples were collected during wet and dry seasons, and the hydrochemical components K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Cl-, 2- - - - SO4 , HCO3 , NO3 , F , TH and TDS were analyzed. Graphic method, correlation analysis and principal component analysis were applied to explore the hydrochemical characteristics and evolution mechanism of groundwater in the study area. The results show that: (1) The orders of the anion and 2+ + 2+ + - 2- - - - cation concentrations of karst groundwater and pore groundwater are Ca >Na >Mg >K and HCO3 >SO4 >Cl >NO3 >F .

Jing-Jin-Ji Region, People’s Republic of China Michael Lindfield, Xueyao Duan and Aijun Qiu 6.1 INTRODUCTION The Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei Region, known as the Jing-Jin-Ji Region (JJJR), is one of the most important political, economic and cultural areas in China. The Chinese government has recognized the need for improved management and development of the region and has made it a priority to integrate all the cities in the Bohai Bay rim and foster its economic development. This economy is China’s third economic growth engine, alongside the Pearl River and Yangtze River Deltas. Jing-Jin-Ji was the heart of the old industrial centres of China and has traditionally been involved in heavy industries and manufacturing. Over recent years, the region has developed significant clusters of newer industries in the automotive, electronics, petrochemical, software and aircraft sectors. Tourism is a major industry for Beijing. However, the region is experiencing many growth management problems, undermining its competitiveness, management, and sustainable development. It has not benefited as much from the more integrated approaches to development that were used in the older-established Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta regions, where the results of the reforms that have taken place in China since Deng Xiaoping have been nothing less than extraordinary. The Jing-Jin-Ji Region covers the municipalities of Beijing and Tianjin and Hebei province (including 11 prefecture cities in Hebei). Beijing and Tianjin are integrated geographically with Hebei province. In 2012, the total population of the Jing-Jin-Ji Region was 107.7 million.

A survivor of the catastrophic An Lushan rebellion (756-763), which transformed Tang Dynasty (618-906) politics and culture, Du Fu was among the first to write in the twilight of the Chinese medieval period. His most prescient anticipation of mid-Tang concerns was his restless preoccupation with memory and its mediations, which drove his prolific output in Kuizhou. For Du Fu, memory held the promise of salvaging and creatively reimagining personal, social, and cultural identities under conditions of displacement and sweeping social change. The poetics of his late work is characterized by an acute attentiveness to the material supports—monuments, rituals, images, and texts—that enabled and structured connections to the past.
