Petro Raad Imen Co PETRO RAAD IMEN CO. Engineering company and contractor Petro Raad Imen, is a company which is active in the field of electrical projects, construction and industrial projects according to the records of its managers and its expert staff, with the following parts: 1_Design ,Supply and installation unit of industrial and commercial electrical projects . 2_ Design ,Supply and installation unit of industrial and commercial electrical HEAT TRACING projects . Some of the activities of the company's electrical department include: 1_Design, supply and installation of various heating systems(Electrical Heat Tracing) 2_ Design and manufacture of industrial and flanged type heaters 3_ Design and supply of all kinds of heating pipe hose 4_Design ,Supply and Installation of normal Electrical system and Advanced like PLC and instruments systems. • Electrical heat tracing Electric heat trace is a system used to maintain or increase the temperature of pipes and tanks. The system consists of an electric thermal element, installed along pipes and tanks, and the heat that generated by this thermal element, maintains or increases the tube temperature. ● Application of heat trace systems Heat trace has different uses in the oil, petrol, gas and refineries, power plants, water and wastewater treatment plants, office buildings, commercial buildings, residential buildings and hospitals and performs the following tasks: 1_ Avoid freezing of pipes and reservoirs 2_Maintain fluid temperature 3_ Increase temperature 4:_Provide heating to the floor and walls of buildings ● The following list illustrates the industrial and construction applications of this system: ● In industrial field: 1: Avoid freezing pipelines 2: Maintaining the temperature of petroleum, oil and industrial transmission lines 3: Avoid curdle of combustible materials such as mazut in pipes and tanks and equipment. 4: Prevent the formation of gas crystals in gas pipelines 5: Increase the temperature of pipelines and reservoirs 6: Avoid freezing and snow removal of industrial and telecommunication equipment such as telecommunication antennas 7: Agricultural and livestock uses include heating of poultry nurseries and greenhouses • In the construction field: 1_Supply of floor heating 2_Snow removal and freezing of passages and parking entrances 3_Snow removal and prevent the frosting of ghosts and prevent the formation of benthic edges 4_Avoid freezing and maintaining the heat of water pipelines 5_Avoid the burning of fuel in the pipes and inlet ports of the engine rooms. We point that the heat trace construction applications to floor heating. There are some advantages of the heating system from the floor by thermal cables in the below: 1_ decrease the height on the floor of the building due to the use of cables with a low diameter than multi-wall tubes. 2_Being economical rather than using hot water pipes. 3_No need for high-cost monthly services. 4_high lifetime 5_Very high efficiency 6_Controllability with maximum accuracy • Some
