VHS students visit cadaver lab By Emily Swartz On March 15th and 16th, the Nursing Assistant and Anatomy classes went to the human cadaver lab at Logan Chiropractic College of Medicine in St. Louis. The students who attended received an overview of the physiology and anatomic relationships of the major organ systems of the human body. The students observed an actual dissected human body, viewing all of the body systems. The participants learned what the physiological functions of the various organs are, and how their actions are conducted and controlled by the brain.
