Thomas Johnstone, 16, of Minneapolis died Friday at Lee Memorial Hospital. Another teen was struck in the accident. He too was taken to Lee Memorial Hospital where he was treated and released. Kevin Michael Hall of Captiva was arrested later Thursday on a charge of leaving an accident involv- ing personal bodily injury.
