UGO SERVICE

UGO Service is based on a mobile broadband access technology in NLOS (non-line-of-sight) environments. UGO modems (CPE) have Wi-Fi in Built-in feature, Ethernet interface, support data and telephony services. UGO offers simple installaons (Plug and Play), Seamless Roaming, enabling users to carry the CPE everywhere with a wide choice of plans. Some UGO terminals are rugged for outdoor usage and provide very high speed.

UGO FIBRE, THE BROADBAND SERVICE

Our new UGO Fibre plans are the real broadband offer with Very High Speed. They are available in different areas, Lekki, Oniru, and Ogudu for a start. Many other locaons are projected for 2016. UGO Fibre modems have Wi-Fi in Built-in feature, Ethernet interface, support data and telephony services.

THE CHALLENGE Implemenng a soluon to link thousands of Mobile and Fixed Loery Sales Terminals to main servers and hosng of a Web and Smartphone based Draw Games applicaons.

THE SOLUTION Establishing a series of specialized gateways to ensure a connuous communicaon between the various terminals from different operators to the servers hosted locally with a disaster recovery in a foreign country to meet the standard pracce in the sector of communicaon and online services.

A highly secure remote access system is deployed for remote management and support from the development team located in a remote area.

The soluon has been deployed taking into conservaon cost effecveness, without jeopardizing the security of the data and the high availability of the system.

Case 2 - INFRASTRUCTURE ICT SOLUTION

THE CHALLENGE Deploying a complete Informaon Communicaon Technology (ICT) infrastructure to enable a mulnaonal company to setup its business in Lagos in a rapid and cost effecve way.

THE SOLUTION Procurement of all ICT equipment based on the client business requirements, which consisted of Network devices, Computers, Printers, Scanners, Surveillance Cameras, IP Telephony and Video Conference.

Cobranet provided the connecvity -Internet and VPN to remote sites located in various countries- and professional services. Technical aspects of the project were handled by Cobranet while the client focused on financial, human resources and logiscs related to its code business.

Case 3 – PROVISION OF WIRELESS MANAGED INTERNET SERVICE FOR A COMPANY’S APARTMENT

THE CHALLENGE

Linking more than a dozen residenal compounds to Internet on a reliable, resilient and highly capable network in. A network to serve more than a thousand end-users, to enable them access securely the Internet and other private network resources in two different States in Nigeria.

THE SOLUTION

Building a hybrid ring network topology with Fibre Opcs and High throughput wireless links to interconnect all sites to Cobranet’s Point Of Presence. Users’ traffic is dynamically routed on this network to achieve higher availability and redundancy.

More than 300 Wi-Fi highly secured Access Points were deployment across all locaons for a perfect coverage, centrally managed and monitored by a controller. This helped in less unexpected outages, more predicve maintenance and beer end-user Internet experience.
