This has Outline Planning Permission to convert into a three/four bedroom home, under ref:07/02097/COU. The conversion has started. Building control is current with all fees paid.

On the other side of the large courtyard is a substantial building separated into three distinct areas (see floor plan). This building is constructed of reclaimed bricks to match the barn.
