Devon County Council (B3212 Longdown, Exeter) (30mph and 40mph Speed Limit) Order

Devon County Council make this order in exercise of powers under sections 83, 84, part IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers

1. This order comes into force and may be cited as “Devon County Council (B3212 Longdown, Exeter) (30mph and 40mph Speed Limit) Order ”

2. No person shall drive a motor vehicle exceeding 30mph on the lengths of road specified in Schedule 1

3. No person shall drive a motor vehicle exceeding 40mph on the length of road specified in Schedule 2

4. No speed limit imposed by this order applies to vehicles falling within regulation 3(4) of the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011

5. The orders in Schedule 3 are revoked as indicated in column 2 of that schedule

B3212, from a point 107 metres north of Perridge Cross to a point 425 metres east of its junction Chapel Hill

B3212 (Bakers Hill), from a point 85 metres west of its junction with Road from Providence Court Farm to Wheatley Grange (Tedburn Road) to a point 20 metres east of that junction

Road from Providence Court Farm to Wheatley Grange (Tedburn Road) from its junction with B3212 to a point 378 metres north of that junction
