Huub has been performing various ITIL Consultancy and ITIL Assessment activities for customers in different Industries and has over 25 years of experience in the Computing Industry. Huub was born in The Netherlands and is Managing Partner in KENOBI Srl - founded to assist customers to address IT and Outsourcing Governance, introducing ITIL Best Practices and the eSCM Sourcing Framework. This helps customers to better meet their Compliance needs for Regulations such as SOX, Privacy Laws, Law 231, SEC, FDA, ISO/IEC- 20000, and many others …) Prior to this, Huub has fulfilled various Technical Management Roles in different Multinational Software Companies in Italy such as: Platinum Technology, Computer Associates and ASK Ingres. www.IAOP.org Giovanni Vaia, Università di Salerno Bachelor Degree in Business Administration magna cum laude and PhD in Organisation and Technology, is researcher at University of Salerno at the Department of Business Researches and Studies. He teaches Information Systems and Control in Public Administration at Faculty of Science. His research interests lie in the governance of outsourcing relationship and in the relationship between IT and organisation. Visiting at Turku School of Economics and working in the Offshoring Research Network (ORN) – Duke University Coordinates a Master in Telecommunications at Unisa Published articles and papers on governance of outsourcing relationships and outsourcing in the Public Administration In 2009 joins Kenobi (Board of Directors) as Thought Leader.
