GETTING TO THE FESTIVAL: Driving and Parking o The lot in front of the Baltimore Visitor Center (on Light Street) has very limited handicap parking. The eight spaces are available on a first come first serve basis after 5pm. o The Baltimore Visitor Center/ Light Street bus lane can also be used as a drop-off/pick-up location. o Garages in Area .
