It brings together stakeholders from all sectors around the world. The focus is on global challenges and opportunities facing the industry in the future. Danish Maritime Days is a unique opportunity to discuss how to strengthen the role and positive impact of the maritime industry on global growth and development. Creating a global platform for collaboration across all sectors, the many events on the agenda cover such diverse topics as opportunities for maritime growth, the future workforce, technology and innovation, transportation infrastructure, sustainable growth, maritime security and many more. Danish Maritime Days takes place on 5-9 October 2015 in Copenhagen and across Denmark. Danish Maritime Forum The Danish Maritime Forum brings together key leaders in the industry with policymakers, experts and other influential decision-makers and opinion shapers. Together, they will work collaboratively in an informal and innovative setting to achieve a common goal: to unleash the full potential of the global maritime industry to increase human wellbeing. The Danish Maritime Forum will further pursue the fundamental challenges discussed at last year’s Forum, in particular what it will take to meet the demand for transporting 20 billion tons of cargo by sea by 2030 – a doubling from current volumes. The Danish Maritime Forum is by invitation only. In 2015 it takes place on 7-8 October in Copenhagen. www.danishmaritimeforum.com Future Maritime Leaders Who are the maritime leaders of the future and what are their visions for the global maritime industry?
