TONY STEWART NASCAR Driver Saturday 12:00 - 2:00 PM After a 20-year NASCAR driving career, the last 18 of which were spent in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, Stewart retired from his NASCAR driving duties following the 2016 season to focus on his co-ownership of Stewart- Haas Racing (SHR) with industrialist Gene Haas, and to partake in the kind of open-wheel dirt racing where his path to NASCAR began,

He is the first and only driver to win championships in stock cars, Indy cars and open-wheel Midget, Sprint and Silver Crown cars. And his three NASCAR Cup Series championships make him one of just 15 drivers who have scored multiple Cup titles, and only the ninth driver to win three or more championships.

As much as Stewart is devoted to racing, he is also devoted to phllanthropy, so much so that he formed his own charitable foundation in 2003. Known simply as the Tony Stewart Foundation. To date, the Foundation has awarded more than $6.5 million to assist charitable initiatives.

JOHN SCHNEIDER Actor Sunday 1:00 - 4:00 PM

It would be impressive enough for an actor to star in a single show that changed the course of television history with iconic characters and cross- generational appeal, but the fact that John Schneider’s done exactly that on a consistent basis for at least four decades makes him nothing short of legendary. Whether it’s currently playing Jim Cryer on Tyler Perry’s The Haves and the Have Nots, previously immortalizing Jonathan Kent on Smallville and Bo Duke on , or showing off his own fancy footwork on Dancing with the Stars, the man of many hats is synonymous with success and one of most ubiquitous faces in all of pop culture.

Add in a simultaneous career as a four-time chart-topping country artist with over 20 albums to his credit, including a whopping 72 tracks within the last year alone, alongside a burgeoning movie career with executive producer Alicia Allain under their own John Schneider Studios/Maven Entertainment banners, and he could quite realistically be counted amongst the most prolific and recognized entertainers of all time. BLACK PANTHER Superhero character Saturday 11:00 - 5:00 PM

Black Panther is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by writer-editor Stan Lee and writer-artist Jack Kirby, first appearing in Fantastic Four #52 (cover-dated July 1966) in the Silver Age of Comic Books. Black Panther’s real name is T’Challa, king and protector of the fictional African nation of Wakanda. Along with possessing enhanced abilities achieved through ancient Wakandan rituals of drinking the essence of the heart-shaped herb, T’Challa also relies on his proficiency in science, rigorous physical training, hand-to-hand combat skills, and access to wealth and advanced Wakandan technology to combat his enemies.

Black Panther has made numerous appearances in various television shows, animated films and video games including Captain America: Civil War (2016), Black Panther (2018), Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame (2019).

My name is Zane Southgate, President of Zeebs Performance Restorations INC. here in Chesteremere, AB. We do restorations, sheetmetal, paint, suspension and brake upgrades on early American vehicles.

We are hosting an engine assembly race known as the Battle of the Technicians at the local Auto Value World of Wheels in Calgary, Alberta. With the assistance of the Draggins Rod and Custom Car Club, from Saskatoon, SK. This is the inaugural race in Calgary. We are bringing this competition to the show to entertain the spectators and we look to have this event keep their interest staying at the show and viewing the cars at a more leisurely pace between the competition runs. If you have any questions, feel free to call Zane Southgate Think as a spectator to an event and out of the corner of the building you at 403-836-9263 hear an engine fire up with open exhaust. As a car nut, you’re going to look or [email protected] for the source of the nose, see the technicians huddling around the engines. Wondering what is going on, you take a seat and watch the action of the competition before you. This engine race has been run for the past 18 years Presented by at the Draggins Rod and Custom Car Show in Saskatoon, SK every Easter. The race consists of a head to head layout, with teams of two technicians using only select hand tools. The current record for assembly and the five second running, is seven minutes, 41 seconds.

The engine is a fuel injected 305, and the contestants will have Friday and Saturday to practice in 1 hour time slots. The elimination style finals to conclude on Sunday.

We start with a short block with pistons crank and cam installed: the oil pan, oil filter, timing chain and cover have to be installed, the head gaskets, heads and lifters as well as the push rods, and rocker arms, no assembly is on the bench, the intake and distributor installed and wiring hooked up, last to be connected will be the positive battery lead and fuel line. The engine has to run continuously for five seconds after starting, it can be restarted as many times as needed. Any broken parts will cost team one minute per part.

This year participants are mostly SAIT Automotive Students. FEBRUARY 21, 22, 23, 2020
