Academic Project:

 Project: Organizational study about Free Drug Cell in Ernakulam, Hospital. This project was as a part of PGDAHS’s curriculum, through this the applicant studied about the functioning of free drug Cell which is situating at Ernakulam General Hospital.  Dissertation: A study of participation of youth in Grama Sabha meeting of coastal areas. This study was as a part of MSW curriculum through this applicant conducted a descriptive research on the participation youth in coastal areas of Edavanakad, Elamkunnapuzha and Chellanam areas of in .

Fieldwork experience:

 Community work at Welfare Services Ernakulam(WSE) ,Kerala. I had a six months experience in SHGs of WSE.  Anganwadies of Socialwelfare department, Kerala. During this period I took classes in anganawadi and conducted a one day programme for the adolescents group.  School counseling as a part of psycho- social projects of Peoples Council for Social Justice Ernakulam (PCSJ), Kerala. I gave counseling at various schools of Edavanakkad.  Community work at Samridhy Social Service Centre, Ernakulam, Kerala. I worked in a project which was fully focused on Community based rehabilitation. I did data collection of disabled persons.  Community work at Shreyas Social Service Society, Wayanad, Kerala. Here I worked in SHGs, micro credit and tribal development projects.  Community work at Madras Christian Council of Social Service, . Here I got experience in various projects namely women in prostitution, child trafficking, SHGs and HIV/ AIDS.
