ONTARIO REGULATION 166/06 PERMIT APPLICATIONS EX10.1 - EX10.3 ARE MAJOR APPLICATIONS Applications that involved a more complex suite of technical studies to demonstrate consistency with policies; applications that cover a significant geographic area (e.g. subdivisions, stormwater management ponds), extensive modifications to the landscape, major infrastructure projects, emergency works, resolution of violations/after the fact permits, trail construction CITY OF TORONTO [ETOBICOKE YORK COMMUNITY COUNCIL AREA] EX10.1 CITY OF TORONTO To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure, temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere and alter a watercourse along Norfield Crescent approximately 80 meters southeast of Shendale Drive, in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Humber River Watershed as located on property owned by the City of Toronto. The purpose is to undertake structural rehabilitation works to the existing culvert structure. Works will include the removal of unstable material and replacement with reinforced concrete. A Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) Letter of Advice will be prepared by staff for these works. 21 TOWN OF CALEDON EX10.2 REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure, site grade and temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere on 13352 Coleraine Drive, in the Town of Caledon, Humber River Watershed as located on the property owned by Regional Municipality of Peel. The purpose is to construct a 9.1 million litre elevated tank at 13352 Coleraine Drive, in the Town of Caledon. A Letter of Advice will be written by TRCA staff on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO). 24 2 TOWN OF RICHMOND HILL EX10.3 37 SNOWY MEADOW AVENUE To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure on Lot 99, Plan 65M-3290, (37 Snowy Meadow Avenue), in the Town of Richmond Hill, Humber River Watershed. The purpose is to recognize the recent construction of a deck and pergola structure at the rear of an existing detached dwelling in order to resolve an outstanding TRCA violation within the Town of Richmond Hill. 26 PERMIT APPLICATIONS EX10.4 - EX10.5 ARE MAJOR APPLICATIONS - ERRATA Staff's recommendation for approval is based upon the review and acceptance of additional information from the applicant. The applicant has been informed that the information outstanding must be reviewed and accepted by staff prior to the Executive Committee Meeting. Staff will advise that this application be withdrawn from the Executive Committee Agenda should this information remain outstanding. CITY OF BRAMPTON EX10.4 CITY OF BRAMPTON To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure, site grade and temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere on Bramalea Road from Mayfield Road south for approximately 400 m to future Inspire Drive, in the City of Brampton, Humber River Watershed as located on property owned by the City of Brampton. The purpose is to widen Bramalea Road from Mayfield Road south for approximately 400 m to future Inspire Drive, north of the H3 tributary including the construction of sidewalks and bike paths. No in-water works will take place. 28 TOWN OF CALEDON EX10.5 MOSCORP VII DEVELOPMENT INC. To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure, site grade and temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere on Lot 20, 21, Concession 1 EHS Plan 21T-10002, (Kennedy Road and Mayfield Road), in the Town of Caledon, Etobicoke Creek Watershed as located on the property owned by Moscorp VII Development Inc.. The purpose is to place fill and grade within a Regulated area to facilitate place fill to facilitate the construction of a new residential subdivision. 29 3 CITY OF MARKHAM EX10.6 CITY OF MARKHAM To temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere and alter a watercourse on Reesor Road, 500m north of Steeles Avenue East, in the City of Markham, Rouge River Watershed as located on property owned by the City of Markham. The purpose is to undertake rehabilitation of the existing eroded west embankment located on Reesor Road, 500m north of Steeles Avenue East. The Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) warm water fisheries timing window will apply to this project unless otherwise specified in writing by MNR. A Letter of Advice will be written by TRCA staff on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO). 33 EX10.7 CITY OF MARKHAM To temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material originating on the site or elsewhere and alter a watercourse on 19th Avenue, west of Kennedy Road in the City of Markham, Rouge River Watershed as located on property owned by the City of Markham. The purpose is to undertake rehabilitation of the culvert located on 19th Avenue, 200m west of Kennedy Road. The Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) coldwater fisheries timing window will apply to this project unless otherwise specified in writing by MNR. A Letter of Advice will be written by TRCA staff on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO). 35 EX10.8 12 WHITELAW COURT To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure and site grade on Lot 6, Plan M-1727, 12 Whitelaw Court, in the City of Markham, Don River Watershed. The purpose is to undertake works within a TRCA Regulated Area of the Don River Watershed in order to facilitate the construction of a one-storey pool enclosure addition to an existing residential dwelling associated with a municipal building permit. 37 EX10.9 6828 14TH AVENUE To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure and site grade on 6828 14th Avenue, in the City of Markham, Rouge River Watershed. The purpose is to undertake works within a TRCA Regulated Area of the Rouge River Watershed in order to facilitate the construction of a 3,346.82 sq. ft. (310.93 square metre) detached dwelling on a vacant lot of record associated with a municipal building permit. 38 4 CITY OF PICKERING EX10.10 FAIRPORT INC. To temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere and interfere with a wetland on Lot 9, Plan M-917, (700 Front Road), in the City of Pickering, Waterfront Watershed as located on the property owned by Fairport Inc..     Toronto 360 Wayfinding Strategy TO360 Citywide District Naming Web Consultation Final Report March 2019 1. Background About TO360 The Toronto 360 (TO360) Wayfinding Strategy is an effort to help people find their way by making streets, neighbourhoods, and the city more legible. Following the successful completion of a pilot project in the Financial District in 2015, the City of Toronto began a five-year rollout in select parts of Toronto. This rollout is focused on developing a mapping database that will support the future production of wayfinding maps. The project is led by the City of Toronto’s Transportation Services Division working with consultants Steer, T-Kartor, and Swerhun Inc. In Year One of the project (Fall 2017 – Spring 2018), the TO360 team developed a map database for the area bounded roughly by Lake Ontario, Royal York Rd, St. Clair Ave, and Warden Ave. Now in Year Two (Fall 2018 – Spring 2019), the team is further developing the database for additional areas, including: Yonge St from Steeles Ave to Merton St, between Avenue Rd and just east of Bayview Ave; Eglinton Ave from Dufferin St to Cleveland St, between Glencairn Ave and Merton St; and the areas around Scarborough Civic Centre, bounded by Sheppard Ave E, Midland Ave, St. Andrews Ave, and Markham Rd. The TO360 team delivered the first of two rounds of consultation for Year Two in November 2018. Round One consisted of four Local Stakeholder Mapping Workshops within the Year Two mapping area. At these workshops, the team sought feedback from representatives of local Residents’ Associations, Business Improvement Areas, “Friends of” parks groups, and local pedestrian advocacy groups on District Names, walking routes and barriers, active areas, places of interest, and landmarks.

The Pan Am Path The Pan Am Path is a collaborative legacy project between Friends of the Pan Am Path and the City of Toronto. The Pan Am Path will connect Toronto’s extensive trail system and bring the Path to life by creating opportunities for arts, culture, sports, enriched public spaces and local tourism. The Path will connect over 84km of trails across Toronto starting at the Claireville Reservoir in the west end of the city. The Pan Am Path follows the Humber River down to the waterfront, traversing the Martin Goodman Trail to the Don River where it continues North before transferring to the Hydro Corridor in the East end of the city.

While other composite measures of socio-economic status in the City exist, the Child & Family Inequities Score is unique because it uses indicators that are specific to families with children under the age of 12. The Child & Family Inequities Score is a summary measure derived from indicators which describe inequities experienced by the child and family population in each of Toronto’s 140 neighbourhoods. The Child & Family Inequities Score is comprised of 5 indicators: • Low Income Measure: Percent of families with an after-tax family income that falls below the Low Income Measure. • Parental Unemployment: Percent of families with at least one unemployed parent / caregiver. • Low Parental Education: Percent of families with at least one parent / caregiver that does not have a high school diploma. • No Knowledge of Official Language: Percent of families with no parents who have knowledge of either official language (English or French). 1 • Core Housing Need: Percent of families in core housing need . This report provides technical details on how the Child & Family Inequities Score was created and describes how the resulting score should be interpreted.
