Ardgay & District News two new defibrillators have been installed in ardgay hall & culrain phone box New Public Access Defibrillators (PADs) Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) training will be offered by the Scottish Fire & Rescue and Scottish Ambulance Services in Ardgay Hall on Sunday 24th June, 10 am to 3 pm.

Two Automated External Defi- brillators (AEDs) are now availa- ble to use by emergency services or members of the community. The defibrillators are located in Ardgay Public Hall porch and in- side the decommissioned Culrain phone box. The project is an initiative of Ar- dgay & District CC, made possible thanks to our funders SSEN Resil- ient Communities Fund (£3,000), and Beinn Tharsuinn Community Benefit Fund (£ 1,880). BT Adopt a Kiosk Scheme enabled the com- munity of Culrain to take on the disused phone box. The Commu- nity Heartbeat Trust has given ad- vice and helped provide and set up the defibrillators.
