THE NEWSPAPER OF THE SMS 2018 NATIONAL BLUE COMMUNITY RIBBON SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE SMS TIMES Service Project (about Amazon gift card donation) During the week when November started, St. Mary’s school had a spirit day. In order to wear SMS clothing, students brought in money for Amazon Gift cards to buy school supplies for the badly damaged school from Hurricane Michael, St. John’s school in Panama City, Florida (k-8). Students in every grade of SMS are now making letters to students of the school to comfort the students. In this deed, St. Mary’s earned about $3,000. Author insider: The real life superhero, Stan Lee
Stan Lee was a respected man whom his family loved, his fans loved, and pretty much everyone else. From when he was born in December 22, 1922, Lee had two loving Jewish parents and one brother named Larry Lieber. When he was a teen, he got his first job at Martin Goodman’s company which in the 1960’s would turn into Marvel Comics. His first comic was Captain America. After that he made Spider-Man, Iron Man, Fantastic 4, Black Panther, and much much more. Stan Lee died at the age of 95 on November 12 2018. If you like action, adventure, and humor, this is the book for you. This book is about a kid named Percy Jackson that is in 6th grade and has had a bad history staying in schools. He keeps on blowing up schools and he has only one friend named Grover. This book is packed with laughs and myths. I would give it a 4 out of 5 stars.
