CHILI LOVERS!

Another time-honored tradition in Ocean Beach, the annual Chili Cook-off brings the finest chili the finest chefs together for an early day of beans and culinary delight. Don’t miss your chance to sample (and judge) the best chili SoCal has to of- fer! The Cook-off will take place beginning with tick- et sales at 10am.

Tastings start at 11am in the grassy area at the foot of New- port and Ab- bott and will continue until the chili runs out (around 2:30 or 3pm). Awards presentation will take place around 3:30pm on the Main Stage.

As a taster you have a couple of options: you may Purchase 2 individual chili samples for $1.00 or a Peoples Choice ticket to sample all the teams’ chili for just $10. (Proceeds benefit the annual 4th of July fireworks off the OB pier and beautification projects in OB.)
