Inside we have a report on the excellent New Year Run, when we all innocently met up for our breakfasts, sat together in the Café at Greenham Common and finished on a high with our cream tea, and heads together to solve the quiz. Well done AG for a well-organised day out, and little did we know that it would be our last outing in a while. Plans were pretty much finalised for the Drive It Day run at the end of April before everything was put on hold but, all being well, we should be able to use the route and the stopping points next year. Refunds have now been made for the entries for this, and for the Sussex Spring Spree, so we must start again next year. However, we do have something to report as the call went out for photos of some of the committee’s cars holding their own private displays, even observing the social distancing you will note.

Crew contact no. – Should be supplied in case of queries with your GAR 6. Is the Aircraft less than 8000Kgs MTOW – YES or NO 7. If YES has UK VAT been paid – YES or NO 8. Is Aircraft in ‘Free Circulation’ within the EU – YES or NO Aircraft imported from outside the EU are in free circulation in the EU when all import formalities have been complied with and all duties, levies or equivalent charges have been paid and not refunded. Free circulation aircraft that have previously been exported from the EU and are re-imported to the EU maybe eligible to Returned Goods relief subject to certain conditions, see Notice 236.
