he Society launched its first housing project of Islamabad Gardens E-11/ 3 in 1989 and E-11/ 1 I T2001 on approval of layout plans and in accordance with the laid down specifications, rules and regulations of the Capital Development Authority (CDA).

Further launched Tele Gardens (CDA Sector F-17) located at Fateh Jhang Road in the midway of G. T. Road and Motorway (M-1) at 2km on either side, Multi Gardens (CDA Sector B-17) and O rchards Farm housing cum residential adjacent to Jhang Bahatar Interchange on Motorway (M-1)

New Islamabad International Airport

It is about 5km away from the Project site of B-17 and 2km from F-17.

It was inaugurated on 7 th April, 2007 by the then President of Pakistan. Test flights have landed on 15th March, 2012 and the Airport is likely to become functional in Construction of Margalla Avenue 2015.

B-17 and F-17 Scheme are centrally located in Zone-II.

Travel time from Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Taxila, Wah Cantt and Hassanabdal will be about 15 to 20 mints especially on implementation of the following projects:
