Dubbed “doubting Thomas” by society, he was ab- sent from the previous manifestation of the Risen Christ. Today we hear that he, too, stakes his claim at Apostleship. Of course, sadly 5:30 pm all related events are canceled or postponed until further notice. Adult Easter Sacraments, Confirmation, First Communion, and graduation are included in all these. At the proper time, once we are able to return to public worship, the celebration of the events will be announced in a timely fashion. Meanwhile, please pray for the candidates for all these sacraments and events for their continued courage and patience. During this second week of Easter, we join with these saints in prayer for our church and our world: St. Anselm, St. George, St. Adalbert, St Fidelis and St. Mark the Evangelist.
