UK Visa and Citizenship Application Services (UKVCAS)

Centres for NTU Students

This information sheet is designed to help you book and attend an appointment a UKVCAS centre as part of your Tier 4 Student visa application. There is limited availability at the centres so it is likely you will need to travel. Although some centres offer free appointments, they are limited and most charge either £60 or £120. Different centres have different opening times, please check your appointment slot carefully and allow plenty of time for travelling. You must attend your appointment on time and if you find yourself unable to make it, you should re-schedule in advance.

It is usually cheaper to book your travel in advance. Trains can be booked online at www.nationalrail.co.uk. Coach tickets can be booked online at www.nationalexpress.com or megabus.com.
