Yaşar Aşçıoğlu Chairman
Early in his career, Aşçıoğlu worked at various levels at Aşçıoğlu, which was founded 52 years ago by Selahattin Aşçıoğlu. In 2004, he introduced the Selenium brand, which brought a breath of fresh air to Istanbul’s architecture, helping develop many successful projects and business models. Aşçıoğlu’s cooperation with Deyaar in 2015, one of Dubai’s leading real estate developers, helped the group export the right to use the Selenium brand, marking the first export of a Turkish real estate brand. We are a member of the leading real estate developer associations, such as the Istanbul Constructors.

Hamit Kaya İçel Hamit Kaya İçel began his professional career at Pfizer Turkey in 1972. For 48 years, he served as a senior manager in the finance departments of various companies in different industries, and as Chief Financial Officer Deputy Director of the Istanbul Tax Audit Bureau, the General Director of Stock Brokerage Institutions. and Board Member İçel currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Aşçıoğlu, a role he has held since 1998.
Felah Alothman Felah Alothman began his professional career as an Electrical and Electronics Engineer at an international industrial enterprise. After completing the Executive MBA program at Sabancı University, SE Club General Manager he managed a 1.4 billion Turkish lira budget as a senior manager in the facility management of a global food company. Representing Turkey at a global conference, Alothman once explained how innovation was a major motivator for him when working with his team.
Alp Koray Korkmaz Alp Koray Korkmaz began his professional career in 1999 as a field engineer. With 20 years of experience in construction management and operations, he completed 400,000 square meters of Technical Coordinator construction and 1,500 independent sections. Since 2006, Korkmaz has worked as Technical Coordinator at Aşçıoğlu.
Belgin Demirkıran Belgin Demirkıran has served as the Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors since 1990. She is responsible for coordinating the workflow between the board of directors and the related Executive Assistant departments. In her 30 years of employment with the company, Demirkıran has also followed up to the Board of Directors on the business processes of different departments, such as sales, finance and after-sales services.

Yeşim Altaras After graduating from the Boğaziçi University – Business Administration, Yeşim Altaras began her career in banking in 1994. She speaks French and German in addition to English. Having 25 years of Finance Manager professional experience, Altaras currently serves as the Finance Manager at Aşçıoğlu, a role she has held since 2013.
Savaş Anıl Savaş Anıl graduated from Istanbul Technical University Department of Architecture in 1997. During his 23-year professional life, he has taken part in the coordination and construction of some 5,000 Design & Project Manager independent sections and approximately 800,000 square meters of enclosed space. Other tasks included the design/project development and other disciplinary processes (static, mechanical, electrical, infrastructure, and so on) of six plazas, each with more than 20 floors, 11 residential units, one hospital and tens of 8/15-story houses, hotels and management offices. He began his career at one of the biggest contracting companies at the time before joining the Aşçıoğlu group in 2004. Since 2014, he has served as the Design and Project Manager at Aşçıoğlu.
Saygın Aksoy Saygın Aksoy graduated from Yeditepe University Business Administration in English. He subsequently earned over 10 years of managerial experience in six different positions in sales management,marketing Corporate Communications and corporate communications management. He has managed marketing budgets of approximately 35 & Marketing Manager million Turkish lira annually and contributed significantly to the sales turnover up to 790 million Turkish lira annually. Aksoy has triumphantly managed many award-winning and successful projects, including the establishment of the industry’s first online sales system, sales performance contests, best marketing campaign finals, brand name recognition/appreciation contests, brand reputation leaderships, top turnover growth prizes, and the Golden Spider Web Awards.
