Subject:- Filling up of the posts of Medical Officer Unani in Health & Family Welfare Department.

Order No. 201-PSC of 2012 Dated:- 27.06.2012

Whereas, vide this Office Notification No. 21-PSC (DR-P) of 2012 dated 30.03.2012, 04 posts of Medical Officer Unani under OM Category were notified; and

Whereas, following candidates have prima-facie been found over-aged as on 01.01.2012 during scanning/scrutiny of scanable Application Forms.

Now, therefore, the candidature of below mentioned candidates who have applied for the posts of Medical Officer Unani in Health & Family Welfare Department against this Office Notification No. 21-PSC(DR-P) of 2012 dated 30.03.2012 is herby rejected for the reasons shown against each:-

Note:- However, candidates whose candidature is rejected may, if they so desire, represent before the Commission within a week’s time positively with documents in support of their claim, if any, of being eligible, so that the representations are disposed in accordance with the rules.

Note:-I The rest of the candidates who have applied for the posts shall be allowed provisionally to appear in the Screening Test subject to further verification of their documents with regard to qualification etc, after the Screening test is conducted on 8th July, 2012.

Note:-II Candidature of any, candidate found in-eligible at any stage of selections including after qualifying the Screening Test, for the post, shall be rejected out- rightly.

Note:-III The Commission reserves its right to recall the candidature of any candidate at any stage of selection, if anyone is found to have concealed information with regard to his qualification or date of birth in Scan-able Application Form and is called for Screening Test/Interview on the basis of such in-correct information.

Note:-IV Admit Card, if any issued in favour of above mentioned candidates shall & shall always be deemed to have been cancelled/withdrawn.
