PURPOSE. To promulgate guidance for the management of hazardous material (HAZMAT) and hazardous waste (HAZWASTE) in the New York Naval Militia. 2. ACTION. The New York Naval Militia adopts the New York Army National Guard Hazardous Material and Waste Management Plan, and is included as enclosure (1) for use by all members. Where reference is made to the Army National Guard or NYARNG, substitute Naval Militia or NYNM as appropriate. TEN EYCK B.
