Minutes, Planning Committee 2020 11 11 ST CUTHBERT (OUT) PARISH COUNCIL MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE HELD REMOTELY ON WEDNESDAY 11TH NOVEMBER 2020, 7:00PM PRESENT: Cllrs J Baker, T Hathway, M Hayden, I Humphries, M Lunnon and T Mallinson. IN ATTENDANCE: Cllr J Reeves and Mrs L Pool (Deputy Parish Clerk). 01. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE AND TO CONSIDER THE REASONS GIVEN No apologies were received. 02. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST 02.01. There was 1 declaration of personal and prejudicial interest in 2020/2043/FUL by Cllr M Lunnon. 02.02. There were no requests for dispensation for disclosable pecuniary interests. 02.03. There were no requests for dispensation. 03. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC There were no items for exclusion. 04. PUBLIC QUESTION TIME The meeting was held remotely. The reasons for this were a) lack of provision for visiting parking and trailers b) access to the site and visibility for egress, c) absence of provision for the storage of waste, d) inadequate provision of foul drainage and the run-off from the concrete apron onto soil e) the proximity of a watercourse f) phosphate levels. The Committee requests that Mendip District Council seek Environment Agency input before proceeding. 07.
