FRIDAY, 04/10/2020 TO FRIDAY, 04/17/2020 SR 9A/I-95 FROM NW 29 ST TO NW 131 ST FIN #: 429300-3-52-01 & 429300-3-52-02 CONTRACTOR HAS COMPLETED ALL MAJOR CONCRETE REPLACEMENT OPERATIONS AND IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON SMOOTHING OUT THE NEW PAVEMENT, PLACING PERMANENT STRIPING AND GENERAL PUNCH LIST ITEMS LANE CLOSURES: • FRIDAY, APRIL 10 THROUGH SUNDAY, APRIL 12 - Up to four southbound I-95 general-purpose lanes will be closed from NW 79 Street to NW 29 Street on Friday and Saturday between the hours of 9 p.m. and noon, and on Sunday between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. Two lanes will be closed at 9 p.m. and the remaining lanes will be closed at 10 p.m. • FRIDAY, APRIL 10 THROUGH SUNDAY, APRIL 12 - Up to four northbound I-95 general-purpose lanes from NW 29 Street to NW 81 Street will be closed on Friday and Saturday between the hours of 9 p.m. and noon, and on Sunday between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. • SUNDAY, APRIL 12 - The southbound 95 Express Lanes will be closed from the Golden Glades Interchange to SR 112 on Sunday between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. • MONDAY, APRIL 13 THROUGH THURSDAY, APRIL 16 - The northbound 95 Express Lanes will be closed from SR 112 to the Golden Glades Interchange between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. • MONDAY, APRIL 13 THROUGH THURSDAY, APRIL 16 - Up to two southbound I-95 general- purpose lanes will be closed from NW 79 Street to NW 29 Street between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. • MONDAY, APRIL 13 THROUGH THURSDAY, APRIL 16 - The southbound 95 Express Lanes will be closed from the Golden Glades Interchange to SR 112 between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. DETOURS: • FRIDAY, APRIL 10 - The northbound I-95 ramps to westbound SR 112 and eastbound I-195 will be closed on Friday between the hours of 9 p.m. and noon. DETOUR: - Exit at NW 95 Street, make a left at NW 95 Street - Turn left at NW 7 Avenue to connect with NW 79 Street • SATURDAY, APRIL 11 - The southbound I-95 ramps to westbound SR 112 and eastbound I-195 will be closed on Saturday between the hours of 9 p.m. and noon. DETOUR: - Go south on I-95, exit at NW 8 Street, then turn left on NW 8 Street - Turn left on NW 3 Avenue to access I-95 north - Continue north on I-95 to access the SR 112 and I-195 ramp (Exit 4) • TUESDAY, APRIL 14 - The northbound I-95 exit ramp to NW 79 Street/NW 81 Street will be intermittently closed between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. DETOUR: - Exit at NW 95 Street, make a left at NW 95 Street - Turn left at NW 7 Avenue to connect with NW 79 Street • TUESDAY, APRIL 14 AND WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15 - The eastbound SR 112 and westbound I-195 ramps to northbound I-95 will be closed between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. DETOUR: - Go south on I-95, exit at NW 8 Street, then turn left on NW 8 Street - Turn left on NW 3 Avenue to access I-95 north • WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15 - The northbound I-95 ramps to westbound SR 112 and eastbound I-195 will be closed between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. DETOUR: - Continue north on I-95 and exit at NW 62 Street - Turn left at NW 62 Street, then go south on I-95 to access the ramps to SR 112 and I-195 • THURSDAY, APRIL 16 - The southbound I-95 ramps to westbound SR 112 and eastbound I-195 will be closed between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. DETOUR: - Go south on I-95, exit at NW 8 Street, then turn left on NW 8 Street - Turn left on NW 3 Avenue to access I-95 north - Continue north on I-95 to access the SR 112 and I-195 ramp (Exit 4) • THURSDAY, APRIL 16 - The eastbound SR 112 and westbound I-195 ramps to southbound I-95 will be closed between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. DETOUR: - Continue north on I-95 and exit at NW 62 Street I-395MIAMI.COM/MIAMIBEACHTRAFFICREPORT Page 2 of 6 - Turn left at NW 62 Street to access the southbound I-95 ramp SR A1A/MACARTHUR CAUSEWAY EAST BRIDGE (BRIDGE NUMBER 870077) FROM TERMINAL ISLE TO ALTON ROAD FIN #: 436522-1-52-01 LANE CLOSURES: • Two eastbound or two westbound lanes may be closed be between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for substructure repairs. SR A1A/MACARTHUR CAUSEWAY AT SR 907/ALTON ROAD FIN #: 431635-1-52-01 LANE CLOSURES: • A partial lane closure of the eastbound MacArthur Causeway right turn lane onto southbound Alton Road will be necessary for one day from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. along eastbound MacArthur Causeway when approaching Alton Road. This closure will allow crews to finalize the work. An exact date for this operation is pending to be determined. • A flashing beacon has been installed along eastbound MacArthur Causeway when approaching Alton Road. The flashing beacon activates and alerts drivers when the traffic signal located at Alton Road is red for eastbound MacArthur Causeway traffic. SR A1A/SR A1A/MACARTHUR CAUSEWAY AT FOUNTAIN STREET FIN #: 431635-1-52-01 LANE CLOSURES: • A temporary single lane closure will be necessary for one day from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. along MacArthur Causeway when approaching Fountain Street. This closure will allow crews to finalize the work. The exact date for this operation is pending to be determined. • Flashing beacons are being installed along eastbound and westbound MacArthur Causeway when approaching Fountain Street. Once the project is complete, the flashing beacons activate and alert drivers when the traffic signal located at Fountain Street is red for eastbound and westbound MacArthur Causeway traffic. INDIAN CREEK DRIVE FLOODING MITIGATION PROJECT LANE CLOSURE • Indian Creek Drive continues to be closed to general traffic between 41 Street and 31 Street while the contractor installs underground drainage and rebuilds the roadway. Southbound traffic is being routed to Collins Avenue in this area. Collins Avenue has been modified to provide one northbound and one southbound travel lane. This traffic pattern is expected to last about one year. • One southbound lane on Indian Creek Drive is closed during daytime hours between 28 Street and 26 Street while the contractor performs drainage and sidewalk work. One lane will remain open at all times. A pedestrian detour will be set up as needed during the work. This work is expected to last several weeks. DETOUR: Motorists traveling on eastbound 71 Street will be detoured north on Bay Drive, west on Marseille Drive and south on Rue Versailles in order to access westbound SR 934/Normandy Drive. I-395 RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT FIN #: 251688-1-52-01, 423126-1-52-01, 423126-2-52-01, 429300-2-52-01 LANE CLOSURES: • FRIDAY, APRIL 10 AND SUNDAY, APRIL 12 THROUGH FRIDAY, APRIL 17 - Up to four lanes on southbound I-95 from NW 29 Street to NW 17 Street will be closed between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. At 6 a.m., two lanes will be opened, and the remaining lanes will be opened at 8 am. • FRIDAY, APRIL 10 AND SUNDAY, APRIL 12 THROUGH FRIDAY, APRIL 17 - Up to three lanes on northbound I-95 from NW 8 Street to NW 29 Street will be closed between the hours of 8 p.m.

    ROAD CLOSURE ADVISORY SUNDAY, JANUARY 29th, 2017 6 a.m. – 2 p.m. MIAMI, FL – The following road closures will take place around the city on Sunday, January 29th, 2017 for the 15th Annual Miami Marathon and Half Marathon produced by Life Time Fitness Athletic Events. The race will begin at 6:00 a.m. at the American Airlines Arena downtown and will proceed to Miami Beach via the MacArthur Causeway, up Ocean Drive, over the Venetian Causeway and as far south as Coconut Grove. All participants are completely off the of the course by 2:00 PM for the reopening of the roads, however, most of the roadways will be clear before then due to the rolling reopening procedures. Roads will be closed and managed by the City of Miami, Miami Beach and Miami Dade Police Departments.
