2. Thanks to Milena for note-taking so that these Minutes could be produced.

3. Minutes of the meeting held on May 15 2017 were agreed.

4. Eltham Town Centre a) Eltham Stakeholder Forum: Eltham Stakeholder Forum on May 4 had been postponed; Better Together meeting scheduled for June 22. b) Eltham High Street: Unanimous support for complaint already made to TfL that the 6 second countdown at Passey Place to be increased to 8 or 9 seconds. b) Eltham Town Centre Partnership: There has been no meeting since April 12 (reported in May Minutes). c) Eltham Masterplan: There is re-consultation on the 10 Orangery Lane application for 9 storey & 5 storey blocks behind HSBC/Debenhams. d) Accommodation over shops: the work on the Bon Marche site is for the convertion to flats. Await report from Marlon on what work Iceland scaffolding/plastic sheeting is for.

5. Eltham Community Hospital, The Source at Horn Park Greenwich CCG reply about the loss of The Source attached. Judy to reply saying SGF consider The Source should be a shared responsibility between CCG/GPs/RBG; also using distance of 1 ½ miles as justification for closure totally misunderstands the difficulties that distance represents.

6. GCCG consultation on various changes Result of this consultation awaited; there is an ‘open day’ at Charlton House on July 13 for local residents to learn & comment on proposals.

7. Department of Transport consultation on south east train franchise The deadline for comments extended to June 30; following the election a letter had been sent to all MPs in the area covered, thanking them for support to date and urging continued support.

8. Royal Greenwich Partnership Milena had been advised only borough wide organisations can be member. Review current membership in this light.

9. Adult social care customer journey & support for digitally frail Judy to report progress at July meeting.

10. Winter Gardens Francis reported a public meeting on July 27, 7.30pm, Christ Church Hall, Eltham High Street, to discuss the future of the Winter Gardens. Subsequently petition set up, see bit.ly/2tuYrRU

12. Planning applications no longer available at Eltham Library The Blackheath Society, The Eltham Society and South Greenwich Forum jointly have requested a meeting with Planning to discuss how residents and amenity associations can access larger applications on a suitable screen. Also to ask for the reasoning behind the withdrawal of the printed version of planning lists.

13. RBG Safer Greenwich Board Francis has agreed to report on this at the July meeting.

14. Heritage & Other Sites a) Eltham Park South: Parkfest events on July 2,11,16 & 23 (concerts), b) Pleasaunce: Sunday music on July 2,16,30 c) Avery Hill: Family Fun Day July 16. The Friends of Avery Hill have managed to raise sufficient funds to plant a new formal rose garden, with a new wooden pergola built by Men in Sheds. The garden has been renamed as the Terrace Garden. d) Eltham Music Festival: July 1,8,15 music & dance at Passey Place 12noon-5pm e) New Eltham: Annual festival in September d) Eltham Society: Eltham in Pictures – date still to be decided.

15. Report back: a) /station footbridge lifts: Await more information on Henley Cross site. b) Kidbrooke public transport & vehicle access to station: Defer to next meeting.
