Old Business: • New Website – With last month’s approval to move forward with building a new Club website using the Wild Apricot web service, Karl provided the update that we are signed up for a free one-month subscription which will expire on 5/15. Larry and Ken have begun the process of building a site to meet the Club’s needs with the hope that a BETA site will be available for the Board’s review/testing in the coming month. New Business: • Poker Run Planning – Marv and the Prez volunteered to be at A&S on Saturday, June 3, at 9:00 a.m. to do set-up, sign-ups, and 50/50 ticket sales. • Member Survey – To get a pulse on what the membership would like to see in the future, Fred put together a draft list of survey questions to be finalized at the next Board meeting. 3 of 14 JUNE 2017 Upcoming Member Rides/Events: • Mileage Contest – Jan thru Oct – See Gordy to sign-up • Spring Classic (Trinity) – May 19 - 21 • RCB Memorial Poker Run/Rope Swing Picnic – June 3 • Nevada Outback Ride – June 16 – 18 -See Scott Moseman’s article titled “Pine Creek campout” for details The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m. 4 of 14 JUNE 2017 5 of 14 JUNE 2017 Where: Coffee Republic, 6610 Folsom-Auburn Road, Folsom, CA 95630 Central Nevada Outback What: Riders meet at the Folsom Coffee Republic before heading out to a local dining establishment Join us for a weekend of camping and exploring the 30-45 minutes away.
