Ritterkatz Ragdolls
With this contract, the Buyer agrees to buy the Ragdoll Cat listed above with the following conditions:
1) This cat is a family member, it needs all attention to live a peaceful life. The cat will be kept un-caged, unless absolutely necessary for the cat’s safety or health and only for a short time. 2) Buyer is obligated to provide proper veterinarian care of a licensed veterinarian, if there is such a need. All veterinary recommendations will be respected. 3) Buyer commits to keep in touch with Ritterkatz Ragdolls Cattery during the entire life of the cat. 4) Under no circumstances will this cat be sold, leased or given away to any pet store, research laboratory or similar facility. 5) Ritterkatz Ragdolls cats are not to be de-clawed at any time, doing so will void the contract. 6) Buyer must inform Ritterkatz Ragdolls in the case of death occurs. 7) This cat is FIV/FELV negative. The cat has 1 vaccinations (against Rhino-Tracheitis (Herpes Virus), Panleukopenia and CaliciVirus,) and has been dewormed. 8) The parents of this cat and the cat are HCM N/N, PKD N/N. 9) Buyer is responsible for a veterinarian health checkup within 3 days of receiving the cat to confirm that the cat is in good health. The FeLV vaccine is NOT recommended due to some Ragdolls have a bad reaction to this vaccine. 10) Seller will not be responsible for any veterinarian expenses incurred while the cat is in the Buyer’s care. 11)If the cat dies within 1 year from the date of possession due to a congenital or hereditary defect, the Seller will give a replacement but only after a necropsy has been performed by a licensed veterinarian, (the necropsy is at the owner’s expense). No money will be refunded to the Buyer and the cat will be replaced only if death is not due to other pathologies or to carelessness of the Buyer. 12)In the event of a replacement kitten needs to be shipped. Shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility. 13)This cat is sold as a Pet quality, but the Seller can’t guarantee the real exposition career. This cat has a sweet personality, but the Seller cannot take responsibility for the behavioral changes of the cat with the new owner and his new environment. 14)Buyer must pay the entire price of the cat before the cat can be delivered to the new kitten’s home. 15)Seller will not be responsible for any veterinarian expenses incurred while the cat is in the Buyer’s care. 16)The transfer will be provided as soon as it’s issued by The International Cat Association (TICA).
