Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Frank Bisignano is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of – one of the largest FinTech companies, providing commerce solutions to businesses and financial institutions across the globe. Frank joined First Data five years ago, and under his leadership, the company has transformed from a declining payments processing utility, to a valuable technology leader, enabling more than 93 billion electronic transactions, representing $2.4 trillion in volume and equity value of over $20 billion.

In 2014, First Data announced a historic $3.5 billion private placement of equity, which initiated a deleveraging effort that continues today. The private placement was followed by a $2.6 billion IPO in October 2015, the largest U.S. IPO of the year.

Frank’s leadership in Financial Services extends through his nearly 30-year career and includes senior roles at some of the world’s largest financial institutions – as well as leading roles to support corporate citizenship. • Before taking on the leadership of First Data, Frank held the position of Co- at JP Morgan, a time during which he led the bank’s turn around operations that redefined mortgage lending post the 2008 financial crisis. Later, Frank served as chief negotiator for CEO , leading the Bear Sterns and acquisitions. • Frank has held senior leadership roles at other leading institutions, including , where Frank served on the bank’s management committee and served as chief administrative officer for the Corporate and Investment Bank and CEO of Citigroup's Global Transactions Services business. While at Citi, Frank was responsible for the safe evacuation of the Bank’s 16,000 employees from lower Manhattan on 9/11.

Now and throughout his business career, Frank contributes time and attention to causes for which he is committed: • In 2011, Frank focused his vision for transformation to create career opportunities for men and women who served in uniform by founding the 100,000 Jobs Mission, an initiative that is the leading private sector solution for hiring veterans. • In 2014, Frank received the Colonel Michael Endres Leadership Award for Individual Excellence in Veteran Employment from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Man of the Year by the USO. • At First Data, Frank leads initiatives supporting a diverse workforce, and has been awarded a number of accolades for his work in unity and diversity, such as First Data’s inclusion in the 2018 Bloomberg Equality Index. • In 2010, Frank was awarded Syracuse University’s Chancellor's Medal for Outstanding Achievement for his innovation in technology and education. Syracuse University has bestowed Frank with an Honorary Doctorate of Law degree for his distinguished business career and his

work in championing higher education and supporting the disadvantaged. He later received an honorary PHD by the New York Institute of Technology. • In 2012, Frank received accolades for his work leading the King Archiving Project, which digitized hundreds of thousands of documents of Martin Luther King and other civil rights leaders. • Frank also holds multiple board positions in both public sector and non-profit organizations including the Partnership for New York City, the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, The Battery Conservancy, The Perelman Center for Performing Arts at the World Trade Center, and many more. • Frank was received by the Holy Pope Francis, and continues his work as a Trustee of St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Frank has three children, Morgan, Alexa, and Henry. He and his wife, Tracy, reside in New Jersey.
