Borders National Forest, Views, Cabin Sites, Trees, Elk & Deer, Only 7 Miles to Big Hole River 7.5 Acres for $64,850 Luna Wise River, Montana Beaverhead County Borders National Forest, Views, Cabin Sites, Trees, Elk & Deer, Only 7 Miles to Big Hole River 7.5 acres for $64,850 Montana property bordering National Forest, with elk and deer, trees, and near the Big Hole River. Luna Wise River, Montana It’s a dream property bordering the Beaverhead Deer Lodge National Forest with level ground right next to the National Forest that’s ready to pull your camper in to or build your dream cabin right out in your own forest. Bring all your friends too. They’ll all be jealous. It’s ready to buy and enjoy. 2 Luna Wise River, Montana You’re out in the middle of the National Forest, not just on the edge of it. There’s vast amounts of National Forest in all directions you can go and enjoy right from your very own Montana land. From hiking, hunting, fishing, ATVing, to driving the forest roads, the National Forest here has all kinds of opportunities and you’re right there in the middle of it all. There’s elk, deer, moose, and a myriad of other wildlife here too. You can watch them from your property or take to the National Forest and find even more. The hunting here for elk and deer is by a general tag so there’s more opportunity and no limited permits. Its either sex hunting for elk, and there’s even a second cow elk license that can be drawn. It’s a long hunting season and there’s so much National Forest you can hunt, it puts the odds in your favor. 3 Luna Wise River, Montana The fishing opportunities are awesome as well. You’re only 7 miles from amazing trout fishing on the Big Hole River and its only 12 miles to Wise River. Let me say that again, you’re only 7 miles from the Big Hole River! You can fish a different stretch of river every day or float and enjoy all the Big Hole River has to offer. There’s lots of high mountain lakes here in the Pioneer Mountains too. You can drive to some and hike to others to catch cutthroat trout, grayling, brook trout, rainbow trout and more. It’s a hunting, fishing, and recreating paradise. 4 Luna Wise River, Montana You’re right out in the National Forest where you want to be, but yet it’s a quick 6 mile drive back down to the pavement at the little town of Dewey, Montana. And Butte, Montana is only about 40 miles away where you can shop, eat, and even catch an airplane. It’s a relatively good forest road to the property that you can drive to with a car or SUV during the summer. The property is at a higher elevation of around 7500 feet, so it’s a recreational property that gets snowed in during the winter, but it would even be a relatively easy snowmobile ride in to visit your cabin in the winter too.
