It’s Show-time at Petitcodiac District Figure Skate Club continued from pg 1 Winterskate was held last month in Sackville. At that competition, there were four skaters in Star 1 - Katelyn Wood, Callie Stevens, Cassandra Taylor and Melina Richard all received bronze assessments. In Star 2, Goldini Tissera also received a bronze assessment. Ali Mann and Tusca- ny Tissera competed in Star 3 with Tuscany getting silver and Ali getting bronze. Breanne Wesselius received silver at Star 4. Allison Brewer was 4th in Senior Bronze Ladies, and Malin Smith was 4th in Pre-Juvenile Women under 11. Malin also qualified to be on the Skate NB team for the Skate Atlantica competition in Nova Scotia the end of March. Laura Wes- selius was 4th and Kristin Berry was 9th in Pre-Novice Women.

So now the skaters are working hard on their ice show numbers and we are sure they will put on an excellent show. The theme this year is “It’s Showtime @ PDFSC” and they are putting together numbers based on many award winning movies. The ice show is March 22, with shows at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm and we hope to see you there, enjoying the show!
