INCREASED OUTREACH For 2019, one of our goals is to reach out to members who have not yet participated in the Webinar Series.

PARTICIPANTS FEEDBACK A more participants-focused approach will be implemented to gauge how we can improve our webinar series further. We plan to conduct quarterly surveys among the participants of the webinar series to gather their inputs to see where we need improvements.
