(1) At Attachment JC-1 Performance Work Statement. Annex 0200000C- Management and Administration, Spec Item 2.4.7.7 Air Transportation (Intra-Philippines), in the Description Column add the following verbiage after the last sentence: “Subcontractors are not authorized to travel within the Philippines on military air assets.” (2) At Attachment JC-1 Performance Work Statement Annex 0501050C Airfield Facilities, Spec Item 3.1.1 Aviation Fuel Operations, in the Related Information Column, before the last paragraph, add the following verbiage: “A contractor provided fuel truck shall be maintained at all times to support aviation fuel operations and requirements.” (3) At Attachment JC-1 Performance Work Statement Annex 1002000J Supply Services at Attachment J-1002000-01 DEFINITIONS AND ACRONYMS, after the Operator Maintenance row, add the following row: Consumables Goods that are intended to be consumed such as water, ice and electrolyte drinks. The Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) system is prescribed by MIL-STD 3007 and provides planning, design, construction, sustainment, restoration and modernization criteria for bases, camps, and facilities. As a basis, it takes into consideration the International Codes Council (i.e. building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire) Codes, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) as well as other codes and standards that builds upon more stringent and/or service specific requirements. The Contractor shall apply the latest DoD UFC standards or local equivalent when executing 1501000 and 1502000 requirements to ensure that all Government facilities, infrastructure and equipment under this Contract N6274221R3507 0004 Page 3 of 4 are safe and functional including (but not limited to) the following seven facilities, infrastructure and equipment areas: fire protection, structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, water treatment, waste disposal and telecommunications networks. Refer to USCENTCOM Application of UFC in Contingency Environments, for further clarification and examples. In cases where there are conflicts between UFC and local regulations, the Contractor shall apply the more stringent criteria but is encouraged to partner with the Government on such issues.
