Yoga is an invaluable gift of India's ancient tradition.Yoga is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in India. The word ‘yoga’ derives from Sanskrit and means to join or to unite, symbolizing the union of body and consciousness. This day is regulated by the State Government. It is celebrated on Birthday of eminent Marathi Poet Kusumagraj alias V. V. Shirwadkar who is recipient of the Jnanpith award. Objectives : To create awareness about Art & Literature To make students aware about the importance of Marathi Bhasha and the contributions in this field.
