• The total project will cost £4.75 million to deliver.

• The National Lottery Heritage Fund awarded us a grant of £2.66 million. • We will allocate £665,000 of in kind time. • We will utilise £160,000 of volunteer time. • We will secure £1.26 million in additional grants and donations So what are we doing?
