Please note the following: Please see below information regarding the Covid-19 PCR and Antibody Testing: • PCR viral swab test is a nasal swab test used to detect active COVID-19 infections. • Viral tests do not indicate whether someone was infected in the past. • Test results are generally available in 48 hours, but can take up to 5 days. • Refundable through medical aid, at the member’s liability. • The fee for the PCR swab test is R850.00 and include the service fee of the Nurse Practitioner as well as the laboratory test fee. • It is compulsory for the client to preregister on the Dis-Chem website at https://covidtesting.dischem.co.za/ COVID-19 Rapid Antibody Testing • COVID-19 antibody testing, also known as serology testing, is a finger prick blood test that's done to find out if you've had a past infection with SARS-CoV-2. • The sensitivity of the SAHPRA approved rapid antibody test registered in South Africa is 95% (range 89.6-98.8%). • The specificity of the SAHPRA approved rapid antibody test registered in South Africa is 100% (range 93.4 - 100%). • You may test positive for antibodies even if you have never had symptoms of COVID-19. This can happen if you had an infection without symptoms, which is called an asymptomatic infection. • Having antibodies to the virus that causes COVID-19 may provide protection from getting infected with the virus again. But even if it does, we do not know how much protection the antibodies may provide or how long this protection may last. • The fee for the Rapid Antibody test is R150.00 and results are available within 15minutes. • It is compulsory for the client to preregister on the Dis-Chem website at https://covidtesting.dischem.co.za/ COVID – 19 Rapid Antigen Testing • Rapid Antigen test is useful for detection of COVID-19 active infection. • Rapid Antigen test should be especially when access to PCR testing is limited. • Travelling to African country • The fee for the Rapid Antigen test is R350.00 and results are available within 15 minutes. • It is compulsory for the client to preregister on the Dis-Chem website at https://covidtesting.dischem.co.za/ The PCR swab test is only available at the following Dis-Chem drive through testing stations: PathMall of the South 1.     INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF URBAN AND REGIONAL RESEARCH 471 DOI:10.1111/1468-2427.12180 — BUILDING FROM SCRATCH: New Cities, Privatized Urbanism and the Spatial Restructuring of Johannesburg after Apartheid claire w. herbert and martin j. murray Abstract By the start of the twenty-first century, the once dominant historical downtown core of Johannesburg had lost its privileged status as the center of business and commercial activities, the metropolitan landscape having been restructured into an assemblage of sprawling, rival edge cities. Real estate developers have recently unveiled ambitious plans to build two completely new cities from scratch: Waterfall City and Lanseria Airport City ( formerly called Cradle City) are master-planned, holistically designed ‘satellite cities’ built on vacant land. While incorporating features found in earlier city-building efforts, these two new self-contained, privately-managed cities operate outside the administrative reach of public authority and thus exemplify the global trend toward privatized urbanism. Waterfall City, located on land that has been owned by the same extended family for nearly 100 years, is spearheaded by a single corporate entity. Lanseria Airport City/Cradle City is a planned ‘aerotropolis’ surrounding the existing Lanseria airport at the northwest corner of the Johannesburg metropole.
