Although it may not be obvious by my physical appearance, I value getting exercise every day as a way to keep me energized for many of the long days…and nights, demanded in the role of being mayor for the Town of Aurora. Every morning, I head to my health club to partic- ipate in various activities before heading to work. They include yoga two days a week, general fitness in the gym one day a week, tennis every Sunday and walking four miles two days a week.
