Ltd v Commission - Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1336 - Definitive anti-dumping duty - Plea of inconsistency with WTO rules of Article 2(6.a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036 tantamount to a plea of illegality - Possible intervention of the European Parliament.
