CRTC 2016-323 – approved, as part of a corporate reorganization, the acquition by Evanov Radio Group Inc. of the assets of CHRF Montréal and CHSV-FM Hudson/Saint-Lazare from Dufferin Communications Inc., as well as the assets of CFMB Montréal from CFMB Limited.
Update – 2017-03-23 – minor change.
CRTC 2017-260 – approved the acquisition by Dufferin Communications Inc. of the assets of CFWC-FM Brantford from 1486781 Ontario Limited.
CRTC 2017-423 - approved the conversion of CKJS Winnipeg from AM to FM band (re: Dufferin Communications Inc.).
CRTC 2020-177 - revocation of the licence issued to Evanov Radio Group Inc. for the AM radio station CHRF.
CRTC L2020-0048 – 2020-12-03 – approved a change in ownership and effective control of Evanov Communications Inc. on behalf of its subsidiaries, through the transfer of all of the issued and outstanding shares held by the late Mr. William Evanov to the Estate of Vasil (William) Evanov, to which the trustees are Mr. Christopher Moon and Mr. Paul Evanov.
CRTC 2021-140 – approved the acquisition by Acadia Broadcasting Limited of the assets of CKHY-FM and CKHZ-FM Halifax from HFX Broadcasting Inc. NOTE: The transaction closed on May 31, 2021
Update – 2021 -07-23 – call sign CIAO-AM changed to CHLO-AM.
