"We tend to experiment a lot and we're always making a new batch to try," said brewery partner Bill Seidler. "We plan to have our taps on rotation all the time and I think that's something that will draw people here." The six people involved in the venture — Seidler, Bridget Seidler, Jim Staub, Cindy Staub, Scott Pivoris and Steve Buenzow — dedicate almost every weekend to brewing in the hopes of developing flagship beers along with their already popular brews. While the majority of the group lives in the Hanover area, Buenzow travels from Gettysburg and Pivoris from Indiana to participate in the weekly experiments. So far, the Vanilla Bourbon Stout, Gruesome Grinch Holiday Ale, Swing Lube Light Pale Ale and Hop Crazy have become favorites at tasting events, said Buenzow. "There are a lot of craft breweries around that are successful," he said. "Living in the area and being part of the community, we want to bring something like this to it. I really think we can help bring people downtown." Brewing vats ready to go to work at Something Wicked.
