Submit completed applications, including 1-2 demo files, via email to [email protected]. BATTLE OF THE BANDS Pre – Qualifications

1. All members of the band must be at least eighteen (18) years old to enter. 2. At least one member of the band must permanently reside in the northern West Sound region; e.g., Kitsap, Jefferson, Mason and Clallam counties. 3. All music must be original and not contain explicit lyrics. 4. We are looking for genres which focus on the heart and history west of the Puget Sound, including grunge, alt-rock, hard rock-metal, rockabilly and sub-pop. 5. This competition is for amateur musicians only. Bands signed by any record company (including independent record labels) will not be qualified to compete.

Rules & regulations

1. Bands must complete an application form. 2. Bands must submit 1-3 demo songs as part of their application. 3. Battle of the Bands will be held on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at 6:00 PM at the Bainbridge Island Waterfront Park. 4. Bands selected to participate in the Battle of the Bands will be given no more than 20 minutes to perform.

5. Any distasteful behavior and/or damage to the stage, equipment, or park area will result in an automatic disqualification. 6. The winning band will receive a master recording package with Flywheel Audio, valued at $1000. 7. Runners up will have their music played on a local internet radio station.
