There is no discount on alcoholic beverage. You may NOT drink on stage. Please make sure to tip your servers/bartenders appropriately, (remember: tips should be based on retail price of items). All band members should order from ONE designated server to avoid confusion when it is time to pay your tab. Don’t try to order and eat on your break. If you'd care to eat following your performance, we recommend you order during your break and ask server to hold meal to be ready upon conclusion of your 2nd set. NOTE: If you are not given employee menu by someone from staff, ask Bobby for it; if he's not there, ask any server. You are welcome to order off of their regular menu, however, only items on the employee menu are comp’d. CHANGES IN BAND LINEUP /SUBSTITUTIONS: If you have to SUB one of your band members in your regular lineup, (i.e., due to illness or emergency), you are to contact the agency IN ADVANCE. Do NOT use a SUB without prior consent from the agency. If you perform as a SOLO and can't make it to the gig, (i.e., due to illness or emergency), do NOT send a SUB; call agent immediately, we will handle this for you. If you have been contracted as a duo, trio, four or five piece band, we expect the contracted number of performers at the gig. If you need to make any changes, we must be notified in advance. Any/all changes MUST be approved. RE-BOOKINGS: Re-booking(s) of your act/band within the next 24 months are to be handled by Main Event Talent Agency. If approached for re-bookings of any formation of the members in this band, agent is to be notified immediately, prior to any correspondence or communication about future dates with this client. Should Agency & Hard Rock Cafe discontinue their working relationship for any reason, all Acts/Bands introduced to the venue by the Agency agree that if they are re-booked by this client, acts/bands agree to pay 10% commission to the Agency, regardless of who books the return date(s) for a period of 24 months following last performance date booked by Agency. COMPLIANCE: This document serves as a contract issued in accordance with Florida Statute 468.401, State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations. By replying to this e-mail and/or performing at the aforementioned gig, you hereby acknowledge that you have received gig information for Hard Rock Cafe, read it thoroughly, and agree to all terms and conditions.
