The experts' role will be not to suggest "ready-made" solutions to a given problem but to present different approaches complying with European standards, highlighting their strengths and weaknesses. Participants are encouraged to reflect on these examples and solutions best adapted to their situation. All initiatives envisaged by the programme will involve participants from both banks of the Nistru/Dniestr river and will aim at exchanging useful experience, identifying common problems and addressing possible joint solutions. The programme relies on a strong partnership with governmental institutions in Chisinau, as well as de facto authorities in Tiraspol, and local NGOs. Equality, transparency and dialogue are the three cornerstones of the CBM programme. The project will promote increased awareness and better knowledge of international and European standards in the field of freedom of media as well as compliance with the ECHR, the European Social Charter etc. Totals For: Capital vs 0 0 0 0 0 450 000 Recurrent: Recurrent - consultancy services (1) Totals For: Type Of 0 0 0 0 0 450 000 Assistance: Project Support (1) Type Of Assistance: Technical Assistance Capital vs Recurrent: Mode of Payment Unallocated Fostering Active Ageing in The project will contribute Within the scope of this 01/07/2017 Grant 160 - OTHER SOCIAL 70 000 70 000 Straseni/ Repulic of to the implementation of project elderly living in INFRASTRUCTURE AND Moldova SDG 10 Reduce Straseni should develop an SERVICES Inequalities within and increased autonomy and among countries in the physical and psychological Republic of Moldova, well-being in their lives. focussing on sub goals They should be fostered in 10.2, 10.3 and 10.4 in order participating actively within to ensure the inclusion of their communities and be elderly. empowered to claim their rights.
