Dollar Dance to Drill for Drinking Water- As you may know, we have been using our influence as a band the past two years to fight hunger in Eastern Iowa. Several of our partnered with us in 2013 with a “Dollar Dance to Fight Hunger” and thanks to their generosity, we provided over $6000 in food to fight hunger at our weddings alone.

In 2014, we are introducing a brand new promotion with brides called:

“The Airwaves Dollar Dance to Drill for Drinking Water” Why drinking water? More than 3.4 million people die each year from water, sanitation, and hygiene-related causes. Nearly all deaths, 99 percent, occur in the developing world. – see www.water.org for more of the facts.

With this in mind, we are donating 25% of the proceeds of what we make from your wedding reception and asking all of our brides this year to partner with us by donating all cash from their dollar dance. We will take all cash raised and send to Living Water International to drill a well that will provide drinking water where the need is greatest. Feel free to call us with any questions about this project.
