As the holidays are upon us NYC is alive with energy, excitement and shows! I love tis time of the year because it just December 2012 seems like everyone is happy. I love walking into a bar and seeing people smiling! And I love events! The first big event of the season was the annual Glam Awards. The event formally known as The Glammy's received a cease and November 2012 desist notice from The Grammy's, Really, Grammy's? Give me a break. Anyway, bureaucratic bullshit aside, this did October 2012 not deter the nominees or presenters or attendees from getting dressed to the nines and heading to XL. I was co hosting with Peppermint (the nice one) and Bianca del Rio (the mean one) lol. Peppermint opened the night with a September 2012 gorgeous number; a live rock band, dancers, costumes - she gave us everything! Another highlight for me was Mila Jam's performance of He Lives In You (Diana Ross) as a tribute to Sahara Davenport. The whole she-band ran August 2012 smoothly and Bianca did a great job sweeping and mopping XL afterwards. July 2012

Another annual event that I LOVE to attend is the OUT 100's. OUT magazine honors 100 influential people May 2012

in the LGBT community. This years honorees included; Boy George, Sharon Needles and Matt Wilkas. Everyone April 2012 looked handsome and glamorous, dolled up, drinking champagne, mingling. I was so happy I could make it again this March 2012 year! February 2012

January 2012 The week of Thanksgiving, Joey Arias and I presented 4 nights of our new epic spectacular, Looking Back At The December 2011 Future, at XL. We wanted to step out of our comfort zones this time so I sang on key and Joey didn't turn any toilet tricks! I'm kidding- I didn't sing on key. But the show was major, if I may say so myself. We had 4 amazing dancers; November 2011 Dane Sorensen, Kit Treece, Eric Harbin and Deon Ridley. Mesmerizing videos by Francis Legge. The ultra talented October 2011 Matthew Doers on piano, who penned a show stopping duet for us. And wig god Isaac Davidson from WigBar coiffing us! The show was a blast and there's no one more fun to be onstage with than Joey so I'm sure we'll bring it back. September 2011

Industry has been bringing it hunty! So many great special performances this past month!! Legendary Martha Wash July 2011 (see my last column) and then the next week a stellar show by Xelle. They served us several of their new hits, June 2011 including the beautiful video of their new single, Queen. Congrats ladies. Then cast week - Crystal Waters! 100% Pure Love lady!!! Crystal really tore the roof off the place with her 2 sexy dancers. She did several of her classic hits May 2011 and it was all for charity, Toys For Tots. Then she actually stayed and watched my entire filthy show! lol. Gotta love April 2011 that! More great acts to come - every Wed at Industry. March 2011

February 2011 I am writing this about one hour after visiting Face To Face Spa for a "crackdown" waxing. Yes, use your imagination! It "taint" for the weak but Enrique's soft touch made the "hole" experience bearable. I am NOT getting paid for this lol January 2011 but if you need any spa treatments I highly recommend Face To Face. Tell 'em Sherry sent you! And then spread 'em! December 2010
