Fort William Ben Nevis & the Isle of Skye Fort William is a town in Lochaber in the Scottish Highlands, located on the eastern shore of Loch Linnhe. Known as the gateway to UK’s highest peak, Ben Nevis and to the Glen Nevis valley, home to Steall Falls.
