RTL Belgium officially announced the departure of Freddy Tacheny, General Manager of RTL Belgium, on 21 November 2011. After 24 years at IP and RTL, Freddy Tacheny is leaving to explore new horizons, with the full agreement of RTL Belgium and its management.

RTL Belgium CEO Philippe Delusinne said that: “Freddy’s departure marks the end of an era for RTL Belgium. He was an extremely creative and passionate driver behind the company’s success in all areas: IP, television, radio and the development of new media.
