MAIN BUSINESS To produce and sell all types of high-definite machinery processed parts, shaft components in office equipment, medical equipment parts, metal roller, engine parts and many other made-to-order works www.naka-seisakusho.co.jp NAKA SEISAKUSHO CO., LTD. 3 Corporate History •Mr. Masayuki Naka, the founder of NAKA SEISAKUSHO, who decided to start up his first own August business in sewing machine and bicycle parts processing industry at Yao City Ota 2-chome. 1980 •Due to our company had to deal with vessel parts; we therefore adopted NC lathe March technology. As the consequence, we had to move our factory to Otashin-machi 8-chome. 1983 •With the needs of reproduction parts, so we applied CNC compound lathe and put more focus on machining center basis. As a result, we had shifted our production factory to September 1988 Otashin-machi 5-chome. •The company had been reformed by setting up as a registered NAKA SEISAKUSHO CO., LTD.; and concurrently, Mr. Masayuki Naka took an office as a company’s president since March 1990 then. •With the need of firm expansion, we were to import more machines to increase our production capacity; thus, we again had made another step to set foot at Otashin-machi 7-chome. January •Furthermore, we started to employ a computerizing system to control the purchasing, 1994 buying, stocking, and also the inventory management in order to achieve a higher efficiency standard. •Owing to an increase in center-less grinding machines and CNC compound lathes, we expanded our land and set up the 2nd factory to increase the production capacity and September 1997 build up a warehouse. •We decided to go further by moving our manufacturing basement and setting up a new office at Otashin-machi 6-chome where is currently our present head office and factory. August Besides, we also expanded company area by opening our 2nd factory nearby. Hence, we 1998 are able to put more production machines combining with a distribution warehouse. •To reflect the demand of shafts in servo motor, we thus imported NC cylindrical grinding July machines. 1999 •Mr. Hideki Naka was invited to take an office of the company’s president. October 2004 •To follow an increase in numbers of CNC compound lathes, we opened 2nd factory specializing in grinding.
